Jake Beardsley trading as GolfTimr offers a full refund within 30 days of your order date if GolfTimr is not right for your club. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions, and to renewals within that same 30-day window.

Try before you pay

Every club also gets a free competition day before subscribing, so you can run a real event and see the results before any payment is taken.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all GolfTimr orders. To request one, visit paddle.net with the email address used at checkout, or email support@golftimr.com and we will arrange it for you.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Paddle typically completes this within three to five business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings or through Paddle. Cancelling stops future renewals; your club keeps full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Paddle's refund policy also applies to all orders.
